Manual milling and secondary operations on our PM-940V Bed Mill support part modifications, fitment work, and production needs. Include the starting condition of the parts, the operations required, and any mating features when requesting a quote.
Fixture and tooling fabrication supports machining work, while our Bambu Lab X1C provides additive fixtures and design-validation parts. Prototyping is available as a supporting step when fit or geometry needs to be evaluated before a production batch.

Founded by U.S. Army veteran Brad Nicholson, Foundation Precision MFG was created with a straightforward purpose: provide dependable, high-quality machining backed by the discipline, attention to detail, and accountability demanded by industries where quality matters.
Our capabilities are centered around small-batch CNC production, repeat machining orders, fixture and tooling fabrication, and precision component manufacturing. We work primarily with customers who need responsive manufacturing support without sacrificing quality—from industrial and product-development applications to firearms, defense, and other demanding markets.
